I am being charged every month for Earthlink Internet service. I have had COMCAST for over 2 years and have never signed up with Easrthlink. I called them and the rep said he couldnot find my information - so i asked himthen how come you are charging me $21.95 PER MONTH, HE THEN STATED WELL SINCE i CAN NOT FIND info on your name just have your Bank process a Claim!! I had given him the account in thaqt is onmy BankStatement etc. So now i WILL FILE THE CLAIM WITH THE BANK!! **I do not know what this is for and have not ever aughotized any payments or services from this place. I want them to refund the 49.87 they have charged by bank for over a year now. They have as of today charged my account 5/23/11 for $49.87 this is $5 0.00 out of my living expenses. FCR (Credit Reporting

This Company "FCR" Free Credit Report hasbeen charging my debit/creditc card for $14.99 a month for over a year. I have necer signed up or authorized payment through my bank to this FCR site. They owe me back almost $300.00 or more back to my account. I have talked to my bankandthey will be processing a claim against FCR with my attonery follwoing up with Wells Fargo.
