Purchased the product to unlock an iPhone. The instructions did not work and after multiple tries I requested a refund. Their website states the following refund policy: "We offer a no question asked refund policy so if you feel for any reason that our iPhone Unlock / Jailbreak solution doesn’t work for you, you can request a refund with no questions asked." However, after several refund requests they have stopped responding. Bottom line, product does not work and they are do not issue a refund. read full review »
