After being charged for two months of service that I new nothing about, I requested to have these charges refunded. After getting the runaround now for three months, I am ready to file a lawsuit against this fraudulent company. They state that there is a 90 day money back guarantee, but they will not back it up. Every time I call the customer support line, they tell me that there is nothing they can do except e-mail the refund request form.
