Kingdom Management is the property management for my neighborhood and I was not aware of when it changed to them. My homeowner association dues for 2010 had been scheduled to be paid to the old property management company. I do not live at the property and only became aware of the property management change when I was forwarded a letter from Kingdom management stating that the account was delinquent and had 2 weeks to pay before it was sent to collections.
