The absolute worst excuse for customer service I have ever had to deal with. They only get away with it because they have no competition in the area. I try to set an appt. and they give me a 3 or 4 hour window when they might be here. They just tripled the quote for installing cables in my un-finished basement over the last 2 weeks. When we have a problem with our service, they don't answer the phone. They blame the contractors (that they hire) for not installing the cables right. I have been on hold with the "customer service" until the battery in my cell phone goes dead several times. I just get so mad that I can not even talk to them. read full review »
