On 11-2-2009 $3776 was processed by CusZoom (Jessica) for a pool table. After many delays including the Chinese New Year the table arrived 7 months late. It was the wrong color, the wrong finish, damaged and not the table that had been represented on the first page of the website. CusZoom actually used the picture of a table from another company (Fusion) on their site. I have a series of emails documenting the uninstall process.
