I ordered tickets for fa cup final at Wembley was prepared to pay a lot of money for tickets and for their admin charges, as really wanted my family to go. I rang to confirm order, John advised all ok would be posted Wednesday to be received Thursday. Not received rang again advised posted late would get back to me with tracking number.
