on 10may, i asked customer care to start net for recharge of 5rupees . My balance befose recharge is 196 & after recharge is 191. iused net for 14.55 rupees for download . But my balance become 0 in the morning dated 11may. I have talked customer care for several days .on 18 may 50 rupeees was refund.Ihave talked to neha, joyti, chandan, malkeet & many more...no action has been taken till date. now they are not responding to call. even they are not taking the calls read full review »
