I was charged a restocking "fee" of nearly $90 total (I'm including the inflated shipping cost) on a purchase of $225.64 even after their sales person insisted it was the correct product. Worked with them to purchase a replacement. I was promised a "reduction" in restocking fee from 25% to 20%. Two months later, all is finally done, except restocking fee is 25% not 20%.
