This company had a promotion going that one would receive a $25 Restaurant.com gift card with an order. My order came and no gift card. I contacted them and they said they checked my account and to expect it in a week to ten days. I let that time go by and still no gift card. I have contacted them five times since then and they refuse to respond. They send some auto-reply email back and it states that I should reply to that message if their crap FAQ did not help, well it did not help and I did reply, yet they have been ignoring me.
