I ordered a Kenmore Elite Top Load Washer about 2 weeks ago online. There was a special for Mother's Day... Free Delivery. I received an automated call on Thurs. May 19 that my washer would be delivered on Friday, May 20 between 2:30 and 4:30 CT. At 4:40 I called back the toll free number. It was a guy from India... he told me that the delivery guys were in my town and should be there any minute (I find out later that this was all a lie!!!).
