My sister's old roommate received a disturbing call this morning stating that my sister had to call Tina at 904-855-8027 and that the police were on the way and she was going to have a really bad day. My sister panicked and called me. I was suspicious and called the number and discovered it was Smith Dean and Associates. She called them after them and was transferred to an agent that yelled at her that he was on another phone call with the state attorney and hung up on her.
