I ordered an arrangement by computer for my mother the week before Mothers Day for delivery. The website asked to check off the nearest store to her address. I did so, and also provided her phone number in case of a delivery problem, as well as my own. Well, Mothers day came and went, with no delivery. The website's status showed it was "in transit".
