Told me the connection was at my end and would have to pay a third party "Microsoft or The Geek Squad" for a additional charge. Could never get me connected. They sent me 2 new modems and stated they would be free, only to find out that they didn't work either and they charged my account a tax charge of 3.82 for each USB Modem. Have been with for over a year and all of a sudden from 5/18 PM to 5/23 AM I could not connect.
