I could never never thought of a company will harrass a customer like this. My luggage was suppose to come within a week from Chennai to Lucknow . I have paid extra for that, also it was just 2 boxes. Its being more than 25 days and I am still waiting for the luggage to deliver . When I conatct the company perosnnel they gave me false assurance and they are not even picking up the call most of the time again and again . I think I should lodge an FIR - pl suggest.
