I purchase my vehicle back on 2005, Finance with CitiFinancial Auto. I have nothing but problems since Santander Consumer Usa get involved with the auto loan back on June or July 2010. They are horrible, on customer service (I belive they don't have that), I call harrasing always with very bad actitud, was hard to explain that if payments has been made to my account for five years, is beacause I 'm comited to do so.
