After being a Customer for this Company, paying always, yes always on time for five years. On April 2nd/2009 my trailer burned down, nothing was recovered, 100% lost. I called two days later Progress Energy to inform it; at this time, I didn't know, where I was going to live. I couldn't transfer because I didn't have a place to live... On April 10, I rent a trailer (my was owned but I didn't have insurance) in the same park and called Progress Energy to connect the electricity.
