My husband and I have medical insurance which we buy through our own company. This insurance has been accepted and used by our Primary Care Physician, Dr. Kristine Burke. We received a letter today informing us that she is starting a personalized care plan that will cost us $1, 500 per year in addition to the insurance we already have. This is payable directly to Dr. Burke. If we do not sign up and pay by October 10th then we have to find another doctor.
