I've set up online bill pay... Transfers me to another site, will not allow me to pay online ... Will not take my login and password ... CAN'T talk to real person, always ridiculous wait time, no email or live chat support. Only option is to call and wait, wait, wait. Seems they intentionally try to make you late so they can jack up interest rate & pay fees. They SUCK!!! Paying off ASAP & will never do business with Chase again. Thus us my 2nd account & have had problems with both. read full review »
