I buy a ramp for my wheelchair at 127$ with free shipping I ask to be ship in Québec Canada... the next day they call me and ask me if I accept to pay 20$ for the shipping..I accept few days after I check my credit card they take 172$ plus the 20$ and when the parcel arrive UPS ask another 42 $ for the shipping and the brooker...
