order flowers for funeral - they did not arrive till 5 mins before funeral ended. also ordered 3 red roses for daughters to put on casket but those never arrived at all. called owner of shop 3 days in a row - he never return calls. On 3rd day I went to his shop he refused to refund me for the 3 roses that we never received and as for the flowers that did show up that were late he stated that since the flowers arrived that regardless that there were late he would not refund me. owner NEVER apologized. read full review »
