I received a letter informing me that I had signed up for this learning program. I thought it was just junk mail so I didn't take it seriously. Today, I received a software disk for mastering microsoft excel. I know just the very basics of computer programs and don't know what Excel is. It came in an envelope with no invoice or any other papers. I sent them an email telling them I didn't ofter this software and asking them to provide postage so I can return it. read full review »
