I visited IHOP #5514 on 4/18/11 at noon. A woman outside near the newspaper stand shared with me that the computers were not working and it was hard to run a restaurant without computers, so I assumed she was an employee. I should have reconsidered going inside, but was craving some pancakes. Service was very disappointing--once my food was delivered, I never saw the waitress again.
