I have been a loyal customer of Levi-Strauss for over 20 years, the quality and fit was always exceptional, but no more, it seems. 2 pair of jeans, barely worn, have had the rivet buttons pop off and a third pair is on it's way to the same demise. A fourth pair ripped in the back pocket all the way down (a common complaint I've been hearing from others lately).
