First time using Leslie's pool service turned into a nightmare. Technician was unfamiliar with my care taker system even though I informed the CS rep that I had one. Job was left incomplete with the promise that a second tech would come to complete the job. I had to call three times to get a second appointment. I later discovered that on top of everything else, I was over charged. Upon discovering this, I contacted the service rep who said I needed to call the local store. The local store said I needed to come in to have the overcharge reversed. Never again. read full review »
