This fat slob, Becky Schaust from the Schaust realty team, was so lazy that she left garbage in a house I bought in Wright County, MN. Not only was there large amounts of garbage in the house, but there was junk in the garage as well - lots of it! She said she would personally pick up this garbage and dispose of it. She made sure I signed the papers BEFORE she would take any garbage, etc. She said "just sign here and I will be sure to stop by and dispose of the garbage this week".
