Tully's changed out its points awards with no explanation. I had 296 points worth three pounds of coffee (market value of $36). Aribtrarily they said the equivalent was 9 cups of coffee, or in my case $15.21 worth of value. If Tully's is willing to cheat you small time on their awards system, imagine how they may be cheating you big time on the quality of their coffee. read full review »
