This company has absolutely the worst customer service/ ordering department I have ever encountered, either in a real store, or online. Retrospectively, my very first mistake was not researching this company prior to placing my order - my error. I had ordered an Undercover toneau cover and the necessary adaptor installation kit for my truck.
