Only window in room was off an internal court yard that was dark, humid and musty. Low drop ceiling had many water stained panels. Air vent covers were dirty! Poor lighting and had to ask to have light bulb replaced. Hard chunks of unidentifiable matter on carpet even after room was supposedly cleaned. Next day room was not cleaned at all. We were told the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door when they came and they don't come back, even though we had requested daily service. Had to take dirty towels to desk to get clean ones.
