Long story short, we signed paperwork for termite extermination, got neighbors to sign paperwork, gave them a post-dated check to be cashed after completion of job, spent days packing food, moving my dogs and family out of our house for 3 days. Work day comes and no one shows. Repeated calls to the local representative yielded nothing, until we called corporate who tracked him down. Bottom line was, they forgot to schedule us (even though the date was written in the contract). They said they couldn't re-schedule us for another 2 day... read full review »
