I have been trying to get a loan modification from One West for almost 2 years. They ask for paperwork that was already submitted, they gave me a 3 month trial after the trail, and me paying on time, they told me a document was missing, which i sent via fax, and certified mail, with a signature from someone in their company, I called they said there was nothing they could do, even though they had recieved the paperwork.
