Clear wireless internet has been awful in Washington, DC during the last week. It is unacceptable. Tech support tries to be helpful, but they are reading from a script and can't do much except say that there is a problem with the tower. I asked if there was a place I could email Clear and provide Clear with a log of all of the times that I had been kicked off the internet over the last week, including one three hour stint in which I was kicked off 20 times, and several times during which I had no service for hours.
