I bought 3 cell phone lines thru verizon in december of 2010. when i first got the phones i wasnt using them that often and then in January I started having more problems with my coverage. I figured that there was nothing I could do now that the 14 day return was up. I was then told by an employee of verizons that if im not getting coverage then they have to cancel my lines with no early termination fee.
