I have been using Airtel for the past 5 years and now I'm trying to reach Airtel customer (past 5 hours) service and every time I try the line gets disconnected. I have tried the same on various phone lines and nothing goes through and every time it gets disconnected when the voice recorder says that it would put me through a support rep. I really disappointed with the customer service offered by Airtel, Every Airtel customer that I talk to reports the same problem and some has never reached customer care in months.
