2 new mother boards, a replaced DVD unit and now the memory failed their "diagnostic test" I have been without my essential work tool now for 5 plus weeks. I am a teacher and go to grad school- even the lap top they had me buy as a replacement and then I could return it did not have word so the store geek put some free ware on it- well it is infected now and I refuse to use it- their response- we are sorry, you can go back to the sales floor- return it and purchase another one, which you can return when yours is fixed again!!
