Dear Sir, I have been complaining for Bulk messages I receive since March 9th March 2011. After the complaints ( for which I have to pay for the call charges and the executive will make you hold the line quite long and the executives have a typical evasive answer), I receive a text message from 121 with a complaint number after the calls.
