I received this letter with an ID number, all very official looking, saying I had won 1 Mil + dollars and it was ready to be paid by the "Named Sponsor", Guarantees Your 100% access for the award Monies and Prizes, and will be released as soon as Data Release fee of $19.99 is received. They play on your feelings and even say they are excited for you and are honored to be attending? As you can see the wording is different to say the least, their English is bad.
