Placed an order for their 14 day free trial on 4/4/11 the product did not arrive though they took £4.98 from my account so i sent an email requesting were my product was - when i checked my bank again they had taken a further £112.50 on 25/4/11 when i called them they said it was my fault as i should of contacted them sooner and i should have read their T&C even though i told them that i have never ever received any products from them they have refused to refund my money.
