Absolutely terrible !!! Asked for delivery of 11.00am and arrived at 12.00 noon. Asked for collection of 10.00pm same day but didn't come for it till 12.30 pm the following day. Didn't reply to my phone calls. Eventually got thtough but unhelpful staff. Found out off driver that they were using my address as storage for the van for the following days delivery as it saves them money b****y cheek !!! Will never use again. read full review »
