Unauthorized charges to my account show up weeks after I purchased an online exercise DVD. Then a box with more DVDs-and no "invoice" enclosed. I emailed the crunchlessabs.com and they informed me that I had joined their "continuity program" and there would be an additional $19, 99 coming due in 30 days plus the 26.98 they had just charged me. They said I joined their continuity program as stated on their invoice (from the initial order.)
