Mister Quik submitted a financial form through Wells Fargo when I needed a new breaker box in my house. They approved and also sent me a credit card. Within a few months I started getting false charges on my credit card and I sent a dispute letter to the address they gave me and changed my credit card #. They kept saying they never received my letter disputing the charges and I sent another that they still never received. Finally I went to a Kinkos and faxed it to them.
