After deciding to cancel my order because I didn't want to pay an extra $250.00 on top of the $150.00 dollars for shipping (I live in Hawaii), I requested Hyper Auto Parts to cancel my order and refund my money. The employee on the phone was really polite and said "sure we will refund your money no problem. It will take 7-10 business days." After I call back a week later to check the status, a didfferent employee informs me that "the refund was never processed and that it is going to take another 7-10 business days."
