I ordered a DSL package from ATT on Dec 15, 2010. The package was based on getting rid of my cable internet connection (Time Warner) for DSL Elite at $19.98 per month for one year. I agreed to this and set up the DSL internet; however, they did not tell me that my METRO line was discontinued. I called back to get my METRO line installed, which was a change in phone number. I told them that my contract with them is not to change due to their incompetence. I have had the DSL for 5 months and have to call them EVERY Month as they keep charging... read full review »
