They operate with PayPal, an Ebay service. In fact, it's a legal scam that is apparently not quite legal (not in California at least). BillMeLater should be called BillMeSooner or OverBillMe. It takes them 5-7 days for a credit to show up from Paypal. It takes them another 8-10 days until you receive a check from them, assuming you call them as soon as the bank trasfer between PayPal and BillMeLater happens. Strange?
