Never say nobody told me. We booked our Disney's trip through bookit.com. I wish I never did. There re lot of much better compnies to give the business to and get better service. We are paying for the service, we deserve better. They can go screw themselves. They were not the cheapest but, they had the package i needed and I booked before I shop other websites.
