Locked up our computer and would not let us open anything telling us they had viruses. Had done this to us a few days before and crashed another computer. Would not unlock our present computer untill we piad a mininum of 79.00 for one year. We did pay and recieved an E-Mail saying thanks but no tools or icons on computer or anything else . Have sence learned our daughter and several friends have had the same problems and took their P C'S to a shop to get them cleaned out. These people seem to make a living infrenging on other peoples rights. read full review »
