After being told 1 week ago that all of my accounts were paid in full, I received a call this morning at 7:30 am PST from Greg "Orlando" Thomas, Senior Manager. I told him that i live on the West Coast and it was only 7:30 am in which he replied "then i will speak slowly for you". He informed me that i was going to be forced into a 5 year automatic renewal from the magazine companies if I did not agree to pay $49.90 monthly for the next 20 months.
