I have to say that my experience with Asurion was by far the WORST that I have ever had with any company. I had my phone stolen last night and called there 24/7 line at 1am to make a claim. The agent was very nice and verified my info (which I now realized that I gave him the wrong info but it still passed), took my credit card info which was to pay a deductible of $130, and scheduled my shipping which was to be in 2 days.
