To begin this saga I SPECIFICALLY (by e-mail) asked DiscountSuperstore.co.uk to check the product before sending it to ensure it was exactly as pictured on the website. They assured me they would send what was pictured on the website. In due course, I ordered and paid for the goods and they sent me the incorrect items. I spent WEEKS trying to convince them that what they supplied me was incorrect. They refused to admit it.
