Had insurance claim. Insurance company Liberty Mutual acted quickly. I paid for the repairs my self because it was the roof. Sent $ 5089.00 insurance check to Midland Mortgage requested they apply it to my payments. They would not said they wanted receipts for cost of repairs. I paid for the repairs out of my pocket. I did not think i would need to keep the cash receipts as the insurance company assessed the damage correctly done to the dollar. Now i am told i have past due 2 months for Mortgage and i have to pay it... because they are not applying my insurance funds... they have them on hold for my receipts.
